Values-led growth: How the best leaders use values to create lasting change
Behind closed doors, most leaders gripe about their organization’s values. And for good reason! Values are among the most misunderstood and misused leadership tools. It’s no surprise 77% of employees place zero actual value on their organization’s values statements (HBR).
You might question, “Why invest in our values, given the high probability of failure?” And the answer is simple, “So you can turn their failure into your competitive advantage.”
