How CFO’s can manage and benefit from Artificial Intelligence

CFOs are searching for ways to manage and benefit from AI. But effectively implementing AI into the financial operations of a business is a complex endeavor with many implications.

We’ll discuss four areas that CFOs need to consider as they integrate AI into the financial workflows of their company.
1. Defining Objectives: A clear definition of the specific financial objectives and areas where AI can add value is critical, particularly with regard to automation, data analysis and risk management.
2. Identifying AI Solutions: There are a number of tools available, but it’s important to know which solutions align with the defined objectives and address the identified data and infrastructure requirements.
3. Implementing with Pilots: Start small! Small-scale pilots limit risk and help monitor and measure the performance and impact of AI on your financial operations and team.
4. Scaling and Optimizing: Taking what you learn from the pilot to scale – within your department and the company – will allow you to maximize AI’s benefit.
